Of course, if you've an indoor sauna your personal nudity in your own home may not be an issue that it could be for an outdoor sauna with windows.

Be sure that your sauna room is made of good, quality substance. Cedar is by far the best to use, but is also the most expensive. If you consider the fact that it doesn't warp or rot, repels termites and retains heat well it may be an easy decision for you.
